What is tofu litter made of?
Our litter is made from natural soy pulp — a by-product of tofu production. It’s 100% plant-based, biodegradable, and free from chemicals, fragrances, or artificial additives.

Is tofu litter safe for my cat?
Yes! Tofu litter is non-toxic, gentle on paws, and safe even if ingested accidentally (which can happen during grooming). It’s also perfect for kittens and sensitive cats.

How does it control odors?
Tofu litter naturally neutralizes odors. It quickly absorbs moisture and traps unpleasant smells without the need for artificial fragrances. The result: a fresh and clean space — even in small apartments.

Can I flush it down the toilet?
Yes, in small quantities and only if local plumbing regulations allow. Tofu litter dissolves in water and can safely be flushed. However, we recommend testing with a small amount and checking your municipality's guidelines.

How often should I replace the litter?
Scoop the clumps daily and add more litter as needed. A full box can last 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your cat’s habits. For optimal hygiene, we recommend completely replacing the litter every 2 to 3 weeks.

Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! Subscribe and save — choose a delivery frequency that fits your routine (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and never run out again. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.

Is it compostable?
Absolutely! You can compost used tofu litter (after removing solid waste) in a compost bin for non-edible plants. It breaks down quickly and naturally — unlike traditional clay litter that sits in landfills indefinitely.

Will my cat accept it easily?
Most cats adjust very quickly thanks to its soft texture and neutral odor. For pickier cats, we recommend gradually mixing tofu litter with their old litter over 5 to 7 days.
